i-D Magazine: from Enniful to Stockdale

Well, here’s another change in the top tiers of the fashion industry! After two decades as i-D’s legendary fashion director, Edward Enniful makes way for long-time contributor Charlotte Stockdale.

Stockdale, who’s worked with the likes of Fendi, Vogue, and Victoria’s Secret, promises to be a capital replacement to Enniful. She, admittedly, has got big shoes to fill but we are confident that she will rise to the challenge. It’s a question of how she does that exactly and boy oh boy are we eager to get our hands on the next i-D to see.

“Best wishes to Charlotte Stockdale @iD_magazine , you’re gonna have so much fun xx,” tweets Enniful. Having been with i-D since he was 18, only the youngest appointed editor in an international magazine, he would know more than anyone.

In return, we wish him the best of luck as he embarks on a new journey with W Magazine as their new Fashion and Style Director. Onward, we say!
