Admit it. At one point in your life you have wondered what it’s like to cruise around town in a Harley. The roar of the engine, the wind in your hair, the open road… there’s just something so sexy, almost empowering, about this image. “There’s nothing like riding on a motorcycle,” confirms technician Mark O’Mullane, owner of a Harley since 2002.

Aware of this common desire, the UAE Harley-Davidson Showroom came up with Jumpstart, an innovative and portable demo tool that allows enthusiasts to get “the thrill of the throttle” for free, no licences required.

“We want to encourage people to visit our UAE dealer stand and talk to the staff. It sounds simple but it is easy to jump in and get overwhelmed, but with our experts to guide you, we can show you how the price of entry may pleasantly surprise you, how you can turn a factory Harley-Davidson into your own custom machine and how exciting it is to become part of the ever growing brotherhood of the HOG community,” says Elsa Abi Nader, Marketing Manager in the Middle East and North Africa.

”We are also experiencing more interest in online social circles from younger non-licensed riders and female prospective riders. To give those without licenses a taste of the brand experience we are bringing a new technology to the bike week where anyone can enjoy the riding experience,” she continues.

The demo took place the 9th of May 2011 in UAE’s Harley-Davidson showroom. It included a tour around the room filled with rows of bikes and motor clothing, a step closer to realizing a dream.
