Sisters and business partners Lily Allen and Sarah Owen extended their vintage fashion concept from London to Dubai on the 31st of May 2011 with an exclusive launching at luxury fashion retail outlet Boutique 1, located in JBR The Walk, Dubai Marina.

Lucy in Disguise is centered around the idea of style traveling through time and transcending decades of fashion.
